State Rep. Tina Pickett | Pennsylvania 110th Legislative District
Rep. Tina Pickett of the Bradford/Wyoming area recently honored Joseph Breck IV of Tunkhannock for achieving the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout. In a ceremony this week, Pickett presented Breck with a citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Breck, the son of Tracie and Joseph Breck III, completed a community service project at Miers Cemetery in Northmoreland Township as part of his Eagle Scout requirements. The project involved refurbishing the fence and signs, as well as repainting and filling the flower boxes.
Joseph Breck IV is a member of Troop 302 in West Pittston and has demonstrated dedication and leadership in his journey to becoming an Eagle Scout.
Upon presenting the citation, Rep. Tina Pickett highlighted Breck's commitment to service and his valuable contributions to the community.
