Rep. Martin Causer (R-Turtlepoint) is reminding senior citizens in the area about the upcoming Senior Citizens Expo on Friday, August 1. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford’s Sports and Fitness Gymnasium.

“This is always an informative event that is helpful not only to senior citizens but to their family members and caregivers as well,” Causer said. “I encourage everyone to come out and take advantage of the opportunity to get a wealth of information in one convenient location.”

Causer’s offices in Bradford, Coudersport, and Kane will be closed on August 1 due to the expo. For urgent assistance, individuals can contact the Harrisburg office at 717-787-5075.

The expo is free and includes lunch. Exhibitors from state, county, and local levels will provide information and answer questions on various issues. Health screenings and door prize drawings are also part of the event.

Additional expos are planned for September 12 at the Kane Community Center and October 10 at the Roulette Fire Hall, both from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For more details about the senior expos, contact Causer’s Bradford office at 814-362-4400 or visit RepCauser.com or Facebook.com/RepCauser.
