On Friday, May 16, former Towanda Area Junior Senior High School standout Shaylee Greenland collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Towanda Area Junior Senior High School standout Shaylee Greenland’s current collegiate team the Messiah Falcons won 1-0 against the Swarthmore Garnet in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park at 4 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Swarthmore Garnet in the tournament.

The Messiah Falcons’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 1:30 p.m. at Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park.
