On Saturday, March 8, former Athens Area High School standout Caydence Macik’s current college team, the Mansfield Mountaineers, lost 10-9 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lincoln Lions.
The game took place at LU Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Lions this season.
The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at BSU Softball Field against Bowie State Bulldogs.
