Of the 138 people living in Alba in 2019, 56.5 percent (78) were women and 43.5 percent (60) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northern Tier News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 42-to-38. In the 65 and over age range, there were 29 females and four males.
