Of the 672 people living in Wyalusing in 2020, 57.6 percent (387) were women and 42.4 percent (285) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northern Tier News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 2. In the 65 and over age range, there were 105 females and 81 males.
