Rep. Clint Owlett, representing Tioga and Bradford counties, has been elected as the secretary of the House Republican Caucus for the 2025-26 Legislative Session. Owlett expressed his commitment to advocating for his constituents and contributing to the success of Pennsylvania as a whole.

“I ran for office to advocate, first and foremost, for the people of Tioga and Bradford counties, but for us to be successful, the entire Commonwealth must be also,” Owlett stated. “I am honored by the opportunity to help lead the House Republican Caucus in advancing policies that support our children, our families and our job creators here and throughout Pennsylvania.”

The role of caucus secretary involves recording all official legislative activities in the House of Representatives. Additionally, it includes mentoring newly elected lawmakers during their initial term. As part of the leadership team, Owlett will also contribute to shaping caucus strategy and agenda.

Owlett joins other members on the leadership team: Rep. Jesse Topper as Leader; Rep. Jim Struzzi as Appropriations Chair; Rep. Martina White as Caucus Chairman; Rep. Tim O’Neal as Caucus Whip; Rep. Sheryl Delozier as Caucus Administrator; and Rep. David Rowe as House Republican Policy Committee Chair.
