State Rep. Tina Pickett | Pennsylvania 110th Legislative District
Rep. Tina Pickett is organizing her second annual Wyoming County Senior Expo, scheduled for Friday, September 13. The event aims to assist older residents and their caregivers by providing them with access to a variety of programs and services.
The expo will be held at the Triton Hose Company located at 116 W. Tioga St. in Tunkhannock, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. "There are many worthwhile programs and services available to seniors in our area," said Pickett. "My expo makes it easier and more convenient to learn of this information by bringing everyone together in one place. I encourage seniors and their caregivers to make plans to join us and take advantage of this opportunity."
Attendees can expect dozens of exhibitors offering information on various topics such as health care, insurance, nutrition, exercise, financial planning, fraud protection, government services, veterans benefits, and more. Additionally, free health screenings will be available during the event.
