Borough of Elkland issued the following announcement on April 7
While the office is still closed until further notice, you can continue to make payments by mail, dropbox, or pay with a credit card over the phone. As always, there is an additional fee of $1.50 to use a card. If you would like a receipt for your payment, please leave us a note on your payment and we would be more than happy to mail one to you.
