Representative Martin Causer (R-Turtlepoint) is once again providing veterans in the area with the opportunity to receive the services and support they require. In collaboration with the American Legion, Causer's office will be offering appointments for veterans to meet with a representative.
Appointments can be scheduled for in-person meetings, as well as phone or tablet consultations. The schedule for these sessions is as follows:
- Coudersport office: Thursday, Feb. 1, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Located at 107 S. Main St. in Coudersport, veterans can call 814-274-9769 to schedule an appointment.
- Bradford office: Wednesday, Feb. 14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Situated at 78 Main St., first floor, in Bradford, appointments can be made by calling 814-362-4400.
- Kane office: Wednesday, Jan. 31, and Wednesday, Feb. 28, from 9 a.m. to noon. Found at 54 Fraley St., Suite 2, in Kane, veterans can schedule an appointment by calling 814-837-0880.
During these sessions, veterans will be able to receive assistance on a range of issues, including compensation, education, pension, healthcare, and death benefits. It is important to note that veterans do not need to be members of the American Legion to participate in these services.
"Appointments are required for meetings with the Legion representative, whether they are in person, by phone, or by tablet," stated Representative Martin Causer.
This initiative aims to ensure that veterans in the area have access to the necessary services and support they deserve. By collaborating with the American Legion, Representative Causer is demonstrating his commitment to serving those who have served our country.
